Charles Darwin
Bearded dragons are discovered inside the wild in the rocky, semi-desert regions of Australia and Tasmania. "Bearded" refers to a flap of skin below the chin that gets distended while these creatures are disturbed. They are usually easy to deal with or socialize, and tolerate handling properly. In captivity, bearded dragons can stay 7-10 years and reach lengths of 15-20 inches. Sexual adulthood is round 10-18 months of age. Bearded dragons are diurnal, which means they're active throughout the day and sleep at night. They are omnivores and eat massive quantities of insects, flora, end result and flora.
