Russell Strom has a great life. Good friends, a precocious seven-year-old goddaughter, a job he loves teaching high school French to students who think he's the best. The only thing he needs is a good mechanic for his old Renault Le Car, which is anything but reliable. According to his best friend, Elaine, what he really needs is a boyfriend. Could the answer to both problems be found in one Cory Simpson? He's adorable, sweet, and great under the hood. There's just one problem... the slightly younger Cory is in the middle of a divorce, and his ex is not exactly thrilled with this recent turn of events. To make matters even more complicated, Cory has a four-year-old son, and Russell has an overbearing mother figure whose thumbprint is all over his life.
