When I was in my teens, I was fortunate enough to participate in a Leaders in Training program at a camp in Maine. This program gave me the foundation I needed for college, and later when I started several successful companies. The skills I learned through that leadership program have helped me become the person I am today, both professionally and personally. These leadership and teamwork games are ones I learned at camp. Many of them I learned as a leader, and others I participated in as a camper. I hope the lessons in this book impact lives in the same way as they impacted and helped me as a teen.
