Differentiated book- It has a historical context with research of the time-This book contains a historical context, where past events or the study and narration of these events are examined. The historical context refers to the circumstances and incidents surrounding an event. This context is formed by everything that, in some way, influences the event when it happens. A fact is always tied to its time: that is, to its characteristics. Therefore, when analyzing events that took place tens, hundreds or thousands of years ago, it is essential to know the historical context to understand them. Otherwise, we would be analyzing and judging what happened in a totally different era with a current perspective. What better way to start my particular tribute to Dickens, two hundred years after his birth in 1812, than by reading the biography that the British novelist Gilbert Keith Chesterton, his great admirer, dedicated to him in 1906. What better way to delve into his literature and in his person, through whom he knew best. Going through my library the other day, it turns out that Chesterton is the second writer I have the most books about and the second I have read the most (the first will come later, I will comment in a future review that is being modeled in my head) and I really wanted to dedicate a few pages to some of his books.
