Some of this book is therapy, some of this book is ego, but most of this book is me just trying to set the record straight in my own head. My life has been full-on. I like to believe this is the same for everybody, but I am slowly coming to the realisation that this might not be the case. Every time I tell a story or think back upon my life, I realise that there has been so much overlap that it can sometimes be difficult to wade through the reeds of synchronous experience. And it is the uncoupling of these experiences that has been the main driving force behind me committing my words to the page.
