To man a multigenerational space mission in search of a new habitable planet, a crew of 30 boys and girls were raised from birth in sterile, routine isolation as preparation for the long journey. Once underway, however, some of the young people become wise to the dietary supplement given them to suppress their baser impulses-leaving the orderly odyssey destined for violence and chaos.
