Friends with Kids
Jennifer Westfeldt writes, directs and stars in this romantic comedy about two 30-something best friends who decide to have a baby together. Jason (Adam Scott) and Julie (Westfeldt) have seen the effect that having kids has taken on the couples they know. As the last two singletons in their close-knit friendship group, they begin to wonder if there might be a better way to approach parenthood, and eventually make the radical decision to have a baby together while continuing to date other people.
But as their plan gets underway, they find that things have a habit of turning out in the most unexpected ways. Chris O'Dowd, Megan Fox and Maya Rudolph co-star.
