Recorded live in France in 1983, this album presents the "King of the Blues" backed by a powerful band led by trumpeter **Calvin Owens**. The legendary **B. B. King** was without doubt one of the most influential Blues guitarists of our time. **King** here is accompanied by one of the best bands of his entire career. Including *'The Thrill Is Gone', 'Paying The Cost To Be The Boss'* and *'Every Day I Have The Blues'.* Also performing that night in Cannes was the late great pianist Dave Brubeck, a 13-minute *'Jam'.*
