American servicemen stationed in Okinawa are being attacked by enemies unknown. Harnessing the fury of Okinawa's separatists, the shadow players have manipulated a tidal wave of political unrest and anti-American sentiment. The President has issued orders to lock down all military bases and deploys Mack Bolan to investigate this Asian power struggle. Bolan must stop an assassin from unleashing a nuclear weapon that could kill thousands of Okinawans and U. S. soldiers, allowing native insurgents to claim that an illegally stored American weapon has accidentally detonated.
