These stories are a part of culture which is passed down from one generation to the other generation in the form of folklore. These stories are narrated by grand mother to grand children and have played a major role in shaping the mind set of young children towards their culture and morals followed by the people of the community. These stories are available in oral form and I wanted to preserve these stories as now we are more inclined towards the stories which lack in morals and also do not reflect the culture, life-style and the history of the land on which we live. No doubt children should be aware of the folklore of all around the world because that is filtered knowledge wrapped in a nice presentation and which always leaves some message for the listeners. It is a humble effort on my part to preserve this culture of story telling which can build the moral values and prepare them to face the world boldly without any fear and with preparedness to have patience and to expect good at the end, no matter whatever the circumstances.
