The M.E.N. Advice Independently Published

I have been unfortunate enough to be kicked around many times in my life and my detractors have had (more than their) fair share in causing and enjoying my travails. I also have been fortunate enough to get advice from my benefactors and stand up (and give it back in kind in more than one situation). This Bookella is my '2 cents' advice to men who are emotionally distressed and going through travails. I believe the M. E. N. Advice will surely help my brothers-in-distress to stand up again (and at times even help them in giving grief to their detractors).
